Welcome to Fearless Futures!

You are invited to step away from the everyday, connect with colleagues and explore what’s ahead for the higher education sector.

Hosted at City Campus, this activation brings together staff from across Colleges and Portfolios for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives and opportunities to build stronger connections. In a time of change and uncertainty, Fearless Futures creates a space to reflect, share experiences and explore how we can collectively respond with confidence, adaptability and purpose.

The event will feature a professionally facilitated panel discussion led by Ariella Helfgott from SA Futures Agency, exploring the challenges and opportunities facing higher education, building adaptive capability, and practical ways individuals and teams can navigate change together. Through interactive dialogue and shared insights, participants will be encouraged to connect across disciplines and reflect on our collective future.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to join guided innovation tours of City Campus facilities, including simulation laboratories, cybersecurity labs, Moot Court facilities and collaborative learning spaces. These tours showcase the innovative, industry-connected environments that support contemporary teaching and learning at Flinders.

The event will close with dedicated time for networking and lunch, providing a relaxed opportunity to continue conversations, forge new connections and enjoy some well-deserved downtime with colleagues from across the University.
