Medicine Taster Day - December 2025

Flinders University is inviting you to participate in an exclusive and exciting “Medical Mystery Investigation” event! Follow a patient Journey to solve a medical mystery, looking at possible treatments for ongoing management and tour the NEW Health and Medical Research building.

WHO: Year 12 students

WHEN: 10am to 2pm – Wednesday 3rd December

WHERE: Flinders Medical Centre (FMC) and Flinders Health and Medical Research building, Bedford Park

WHY: To give you close-up opportunities and hands-on experiences in different areas of Medicine, Public Health, Medical Science, Laboratory Medicine and Paramedicine, so that you can make the right decision regarding your future studies and career

WHAT: Diagnose a patient:

• Follow a patient journey to discover their diagnosis to treatment.
• Tour the NEW Health and Medical Research Building
• Find out what it’s like studying at Flinders
• Speak with current students
• Get your questions answered by lecturers, industry, academics and researchers
• AND……. Lunch will be provided
