Who: The event is designed for Year 12 students looking to explore their study options within Computing and IT at Flinders.

Join us for a hands‑on Taster Day where you’ll explore some of the most exciting areas in computing and technology, including AI, cybersecurity, game development, software engineering, maths and data analytics, and digital forensics.

Across the day, you’ll take part in interactive workshop sessions, meet teaching staff, and get a feel for what studying these fields at uni is really like. It’s a fun, engaging way to discover your interests – and yes, there’s a free lunch included too!

Explore how AI is used in everyday industries and get a taste of what it’s like to train and test your own simple AI systems. A great intro if you’re curious about how computers learn and make decisions.

Cybersecurity
