Join us as we celebrate two new publications: Personal Politics: sexuality, gender and the remaking of citizenship in Australia and FUMA’s exhibition catalogue If you don’t fight … you lose: politics, posters and PAM. This event is hosted in partnership with the Australian Historical Association Conference 2024 at Flinders University.

An insightful examination of the collective and cumulative impact gender and sexuality activism has had on citizenship in Australia since the 1960s by Leigh Boucher, Michelle Arrow, Barbara Baird & Robert Reynolds.
If you don’t fight … you lose: politcs, posters and PAM
Published to accompany the exhibition, the catalogue contains full artwork reproductions and essays by exhibition curators Catherine Speck and Jude Adams along with contributions from Julie Ewington and Suzanne Close.
