Corporate whistleblowing regulation has been receiving intense scrutiny and proposed wide-ranging reforms suggest significantly enhanced protection for corporate whistleblowers. This seminar will address the important issue of how these changes will impact on the responsibilities of directors in dealing with whistleblower disclosures.

Keynote Speaker : Greg Golding – Principal – Nero Corporate Law Sydney

Greg Golding is Principal of Nero Corporate Law in Sydney, Australia where he specialises in the areas of contested public company takeovers, reconstructions and capital raisings. Greg has been involved in many of Australia’s most significant mergers and acquisition transactions. Prior to establishing Nero Corporate Law in August 2018 he was with King & Wood Mallesons for more than 36 years. Greg is Chair of the Law Council of Australia’s Divisions responsible for whistleblowing reform and has a research interest in corporate whistleblowing.
