40 Years of Nursing at Flinders

Event Details

Flinders University celebrates with nursing alumni at this special event being held on Sturt Campus.

Meet up with old friends, academics and reminisce over the past 40 years!

Special guest speakers include 95-year old, former lecturer Dr Joan Durdin AM DUniv, a professional development talk by Jennifer Hurley, Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer for SA Health and an opportunity to tour the state-of-the-art nursing training labs and simulation suites now available to current students.

Guests are encouraged to bring sanitary products in a handbag they no longer need, to donate to Share the Dignity, a national charity that supports women experiencing homelessness – so they don’t have to choose between food and dignity.

You are also welcome to bring any nursing photos and memorabilia to display.

We hope to see you there!
