Cancer; it’s the second-leading cause of death worldwide. But did you know that at least one-third of cancers are preventable, simply by modifying your lifestyle? And that lifestyle changes can prevent cancer recurrence and reduce the side effects of cancer treatment?

Join leading researcher and medical oncologist, Professor Bogda Koczwara, who will explore the research behind a healthy lifestyle to avoid cancer, covering modifiable risk factors for cancer and effective strategies to improve lifestyle behaviours.

Audience members will have the opportunity to take away with them a personal strategy for a healthy lifestyle that reduces the risk of cancer and other chronic conditions to integrate this into their daily lives.

Concluding the lecture will be a panel discussion moderated by Professor Robert Saint AM, Flinders University. Speakers include:

Professor Bogda Koczwara, Flinders University
